EPA Commits $90 Million for Chesapeake Bay Restoration, Including 28 Virginia Projects

The Chesapeake Bay, one of the largest and most ecologically significant estuaries in the United States, may be getting a major boost. The Environmental Protection Agency is set to distribute $90 million in funding for clean water and restoration projects across the Bay’s sprawling watershed — and 28 of those projects are located right here in Virginia.
