Each vehicle in the program undergoes a comprehensive qualification process at authorized dealerships. Factory-trained technicians conduct a 105-Point Inspection covering mechanical components, electrical systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and both the exterior and interior condition.
Ensuring battery health is a top priority, with each battery pack evaluated against rigorous performance standards to assure optimal range and reliability throughout ownership.
For full transparency, every certified vehicle comes with a CARFAX vehicle history report and detailed digital inspection documentation. This allows customers to fully understand the vehicle’s condition before buying.
The program’s standout feature is its transferable warranty. Buyers receive the remaining balance of VinFast’s 10-Year/125,000-Mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty, or 200,000 km depending on the region, along with the 10-Year/Unlimited Mileage Battery Warranty.
