Nature’s Miracle Expands Electric Vehicle Market to Colombia
Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc., a prominent player in vertical farming technology, is broadening its horizons with the introduction of electric vehicles (EVs) into the Colombian market. The company has recently received a purchase order from Colombia’s National Transport Chamber to supply up to 2,000 electric vehicles. This move marks a significant step in Nature’s Miracle’s diversification into new industries.
This order, facilitated by Ricardo Virviescas, President of Colombia’s National Transport Chamber, aims to introduce a fleet of vehicles suited for Colombia’s varied topography and climate. The lineup includes passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, dump trucks, and three-wheelers. These vehicles will be sourced from a Chinese original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and resold by Nature’s Miracle to the Colombian market. In addition, the company’s EV subsidiary, Hydroman Electric Corporation, will collaborate with a third-party OEM to provide after-market services.
James Li, Chairman and CEO of Nature’s Miracle, emphasized the significance of this collaboration, stating, “This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering sustainable transportation solutions in South America while fostering local market opportunities. With South America’s EV market expected to grow significantly amid the global push for electrification, our collaboration with Colombian industry groups and business leaders positions us to lead this transformation.”
